Tim Holt is a Chartered Physiotherapist and runs Hereford Physiotherapy & Acupuncture Clinic in Kyrle House Practice, Hereford.
Tim qualified from the Joint Services School of Physiotherapy in 1983, whilst serving in the army. He was posted to Hereford in 1987 and soon became involved with local sports teams. He took further qualifications in Sports Injuries and acupuncture.
After leaving the Army in 1990, he established his private practice and has lectured on sports injuries for the Royal National College for the Blind, the Football Association & the National Coaching Foundation.
For many years Tim also worked with the local NHS at the Herefordshire Musculo-Skeletal Clinic.
Tim has three associate physiotherapists working with him in his clinic – Steve Heptinstall, Helen Fishlock, and Emily Peebles.
All physios within the clinic are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
As well as manual therapy and exercise prescription, Tim can prepare reports for work places or for solicitors following industrial or road traffic injuries. If you are referred by your GP, Tim will keep them informed of your progress. He will ask for your consent before anyone is sent details of your condition.
